You must agree to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement before you can be compensated for referring customers to Canada Drug Superstore and all additional affiliate websites pertaining to Finlandia Natural Pharmacy. The following agreement is subject to change at any time and participants will be notified any changes via email when they occur.

1. SPAMMING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Affiliates found to be spamming via bulk email, newsgroup listings, chat room messages, or any other means will have their accounts terminated without notice and all commissions will be forfeit. This includes excessive use of our email referral page. If necessary, we will pursue legal action for spam-related activity.

2. You may not refer yourself under your own existing account(s) and take advantage of our Affiliate Program in this way. This will result in immediate termination of all your existing account(s) without pay. However, referring immediate family or friends is permitted.

3. Finlandia Natural Pharmacy and you, the Affiliate, are entering into a simple business agreement in the best interests of both parties. The Affiliate and Finlandia Natural Pharmacy are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship, or the relationship of principal and agent between the parties. All copyrighted material and trademarked names and logos used in accordance with this Agreement by either or both parties remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective originating or issuing parties. No transference of intellectual property ownership or conveyance of rights is intended or conferred in this Agreement. Sales and interests in this Agreement may not be transferred or sold to any other entity and all business between the parties is subject to the terms of this Agreement. Both parties will be held to confidence in any matters of business with regards to this Agreement.

4. The Affiliate shall indemnify and hold Finlandia Natural Pharmacy harmless from any and all legal actions, damages or liabilities incurred from the day-to-day operations of the Affiliate. Under no circumstances will Finlandia Natural Pharmacy be liable whether in tort, contract or otherwise for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for any loss of revenue, profits, business interruption, loss of business information or data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software failure, or other pecuniary loss) arising from or relating to any provision of this Agreement or the Affiliate program.

5. Finlandia Natural Pharmacy will own all right, title and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of the Finlandia Natural Pharmacy and Canada Drug Superstore web sites and reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time.

6. It is the full responsibility of the Affiliate to market Canada Drug Superstore and products in a legal, ethical and honest fashion, and the Affiliate agrees that Finlandia Natural Pharmacy will be held harmless from any and all actions of the Affiliate and the Affiliate's marketing and promotional programs. Finlandia Natural Pharmacy reserves the right to amend all pricing plans, commissions or conditions relative to this agreement. Finlandia Natural Pharmacy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate with or without cause at the sole discretion of Finlandia Natural Pharmacy with or without notice.

7. All banners and ad materials are solely for use to market Canada Drug Superstore. Any unauthorized use of Canada Drug Superstore banners and ad materials will result in immediate termination of your existing account(s) without pay.

8. Attempts to defraud us in any way will lead to immediate termination of your existing account(s) without pay.

9. The Affiliate agrees to be entitled to 10% net margin, not gross margin, of any sale placed with their proper affiliate information at time of sale. 15% net margin applies to Doctors, Pharmacists, or HMO's only. Sales are checked and verified monthly. You are entitled to your verified earnings once your monthly total reaches $100 or more. If the total does not reach $100, it will be carried over automatically to the next month. Doctors, Pharmacists, and HMO's are requried to meet a $500 minimum.

10. We do not accept web sites that contain or link to child pornography, illegal substances, illegal misdoings, hatred groups, organized crime and terrorist related activity. Finlandia Natural Pharmacy has the right to terminate, and terminate the account’s collected earnings if promotion or website link usage was thought to be violating any of the terms outlined and what ever is deemed wrongdoing to our terms. Doing so will lead to immediate termination of your existing account(s) without pay.
