Initial Brain Mapping & Assessment (2 hr)
The initial Brain Mapping & Assessment is approximately 2 hours in duration, and is required prior to any Sessions. The BST software suite then analyzes the data collected and recommended solutions. We then combine these recommendations with your stated goals, and build your customized protocols for maximum effectiveness.

Brain State Conditioning™ extended Sessions
(2 hr)
Each of our extended Sessions at Finlandia is a minimum of 1 3/4 hours long. Our 10-Session Intensive program includes an Assessment/Brain Mapping and 9 extended Sessions. Typically, you will do one Session per day over two weeks, though we can offer scheduling to meet your needs.
