There is no ‘one size fits all’ diet for everyone. With a focus on natural, good quality foods, the Holistic Nutrition approach looks at each person as a whole, and customizes dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations to perfectly suit their lifestyle, genetic predispositions, intolerances/sensitivities, pathologies and food preferences. The focus is on eating whole foods in their natural state and avoiding foods which are processed or have been degraded of their nutritional quality. In a consultation recommendations are provided for dietary changes, supplements and lifestyle changes.
